Confidentiality
Without written approval of the other part, neither of the parts can publicize the contract or any of its terms to third parts, except to people involved in the fulfillment of the contract.

Intellectual Property Right
The Intellectual Property Right remains with TaifunWEB SRL. TaifunWEB SRL supplies to the user the files that form the object of this contract. The Source Code of the application is strictly the TaifunWEB SRL's property. The right to change the Source Code of the application stipulated in this contract belongs entirely to TaifunWEB SRL.

Warranty
TaifunWEB SRL is accountable for the good performance of services provided. TaifunWEB SRL warrants that all works carried out and delivered under this contract are in full compliance with quality and performance standards agreed with the user and have no hidden faults which may diminish or terminate the user, according to normal and specific usage terms stipulated in the contract.

Communication
All communication between parts, with regard to fulfillment of this contract, must be made in writing. All written document must be registered both at the time of transmission at the time of reception. The parts may communicate by phone, Fax, email or other transmissions via the internet subject to a written confirmation of the reception. Verbal notification cannot be taken into consideration by either part unless they are confirmed in writing too, by means of another means of transmission shown above.

Payments
All Web Services require an advance payment of a minimum of fifty (50) percent of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Customer for review. The remaining fifty (50) percent of the project quotation total will be due upon completion of the work prior to upload to the server or release of materials.

Force Major
Force major circumstances must be confirmed by the appropriate authority. Force major exonerates the contract parts of fulfillment of their duties assumed by this contract for the entire duration of the force major event. The performance of the contract will be suspended for the time while the force major event takes place, however without prejudicing the rights that parts were entitled to before it has occurred. The part claiming a force major event must notify the other part immediately and fully inform it, taking all available measures in order to limit its consequences.
